A quote is based entirely on the description you give us. It is an offer to buy a vehicle in that stated condition, and it holds when the vehicle matches the description at pickup.
If the vehicle differs materially — missing catalytic converter, missing engine or transmission, damage not mentioned, or a different model than described — the offer may be revised. You are free to decline a revised offer, and there is no charge if you do.
You confirm you are the legal owner of the vehicle or are authorised by the owner to sell it, and that you will disclose any lien. You must provide valid photo identification and acceptable proof of ownership at pickup.
Title transfer is completed according to Florida law, including Florida Statutes 319.28 and 319.30 as applicable. We cannot complete a purchase where ownership cannot be established.
You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and that anyone controlling the property permits removal. Remove all personal belongings before pickup; we are not responsible for items left in a vehicle once it is sold and removed.
Remove your licence plate before the vehicle leaves. In Florida the plate belongs to you, and you are responsible for cancelling your registration and insurance after the sale.
Payment is made at the time of pickup once paperwork is complete. Payment is made to the person named on the proof of ownership or their authorised representative.
Vehicles are purchased as-is. Once a sale is complete and the vehicle is removed, it cannot be returned or the sale reversed. Information on this site is provided in good faith for general guidance and is not legal advice.
